The bedrooms each have a feature wall with stone detailing exposed on the west facing wall of the property. Finally, there's a very handy storage space under the stairs on the ground floor. The house is in great condition throughout and ready to move into without having to do anything. This would make an ideal house for a second residence in Asturias, because it doesn't have a garden or any land to maintain. However, it is located in an open space surrounded by green areas and lovely views on all sides. It is located just 2km from Pravia which has all the shops and amenities of a small town including bars, restaurants, schools, hardware shops, garage, petrol station, supermarkets etc.

     

    Location

    The house is west facing and lovely views of the Nalón plain can be seen from all the rooms in the house. It has access by rail (FEVE) and regular bus lines (ALSA). The Feve train station is located close to the property.  It is also a mere 5 minutes drive to Aguilar beach. In addition, it has very good road access since the opening of the section of the Cantabrian Highway to the main cities of Oviedo, Gijón and Avilés, which are only 30 minutes away and only 10 minutes to Asturias airport. Asturias is Spain's Natural Paradise, where nature stands out with various hiking routes, the coast with more than 200 beaches and its unique and singular gastronomy. Without a doubt we can say that it is the perfect place to live with all the services nearby and surrounded by nature.
