This is a beautiful example of the Indiana style homes in the Asturias region. This building is divided into three separate luxury apartments. We are selling the first floor apartment (plus the loft above) on the left of the building which being in an elevated position, has lovely sea views form the small balcony. The property is only 2.5km from the beaches and just an 8 minute drive from the airport. The population of Somao is only around 330 inhabitants, so it is quiet and relaxing. The nearest town is Muros de Nalón which has all the necessary shops, banks, schools, pharmacy and medical centre etc. The cities are also close by, Avilés only 15 minutes on the motorway and Oviedo around 25 minutes. This property has to be seen to be fully appreciated.
