A farm property on the edge of a small village just 5 minutes outside of Grado and close to the motorway to Oviedo and Gijón. The land stretches away from the house down a gentle slope, there are a few apple trees on the land, but these would need some good pruning to make them really productive again. The lower part of the land is very flat and has good fertile soil for growing vegetables.
