We are a newly formed company in Asturias, however we have many years experience selling property in the region of Andalusia. We recently moved to this beautiful green and lush region in the north because we wanted a new way of life and a cooler climate. After 20 years in the south, it’s a pleasant change and one we have been thinking of making for several years. So we finally made it here and we love it.
We decided to open an estate agency for two reasons:
1. Because it’s what we know and love doing. We see our role as selling dreams and nothing makes us happier than helping people realise their dream of living in Spain. After many years in the business we have the expertise and confidence to guide you in your search for a new home here in Asturias.
2. Because we absolutely love it here and we want to spread the word. We’d like nothing more than to see other people relocating to this amazing region. There are so many reasons why Asturias is such a wonderful place to live. Please contact us to find out how we can help you.
Asturias Property are concentrating primarily on marketing properties within the beautiful Asturian landscape, although we are looking forward to extending our business into Galicia and León in the future.
Our office is located in Salas but we work throughout the region of Asturias, from Cudillero, to Gijon, from Oviedo to Cangas de Onis and from Villaviciosa to Llanes.

Asturias is an autonomous community in northern Spain, well known for it’s stunningly beautiful landscapes; the cracky snowcapped mountains of the Picos de Europa, it’s lush green forests and full flowing rivers, full of wild salmon and trout, not to mention the many and varied small towns dotted along the coast offering tourist attractions and great food as well as the locally made Sidra. Asturias was once a little known and relatively unexplored region of Spain, but this has changed in recent years and it’s now a real place of interest for a lot of people who are looking for a simple way of life. Many people dream of living off the land and being self-sufficient. It’s a rapidly growing market, partly due to increasing temperatures in the southern provinces and the lack of rainfall there.
The region is still relatively sparsely populated except for the three central cities of Avilés, Gijón and Oviedo. Its rural towns have been losing population since the 1940s, and since the 1980s the entire region has lost around 100,000 people. Fortunately, this trend now seems to be reversing and more people are seeking out the rural unpopulated regions to find their own personal piece of lush green paradise.
